*Package price includes non-attended cremation at Macquarie Park Crematorium, North Ryde. Other crematoriums can be used upon request, but may incur additional charges.

Guidance When You Need It Most

At home – unexpected death

1. Call an ambulance immediately.

2. Paramedics and Police will attend and contact your GP.

3. A Medical Certificate Cause of Death will be issued if possible.

4. Call Ambrose Funerals anytime 24/7 to discuss next steps and arrange the transfer of your loved one into our care from their place of death or the NSW Coroner, whichever is necessary.

At home – expected death

1. Contact your doctor or palliative care team.

2. They will verify the death and issue a certificate.

3. Then call Ambrose Funerals to begin arrangements.

At a hospital or nursing home

1. Notify nursing staff.

2. They will verify the death and issue a certificate.

3. Then contact Ambrose Funerals.

If the death occurs overseas
